1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. Because we are a U.S.-registered company serving customers internationally, we apply these principles globally and aim to honour the protections of the privacy laws that apply to you, including applicable U.S. state privacy laws and, where relevant, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and local data-protection laws in the countries where we operate.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information we genuinely need in order to respond to you and deliver our services. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Contact details — your name, email address, phone number and, where relevant, your postal or site address.
  • Enquiry details — the message you send us and any information you choose to share about your property, vehicle, boat or energy needs.
  • Project & technical data — for customers, details such as site assessments, roof or deck measurements, and energy-consumption profiling data gathered with your consent.
  • Transaction information — quotations, contracts, invoices and payment records needed to fulfil and account for our work.
  • Website data — limited technical information such as your approximate region, device and browser type, and pages visited, where analytics are enabled (see section 9).

3. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:
  • Respond to your enquiries and arrange calls, site visits or energy profiling.
  • Prepare quotations and design a solar system suited to your needs.
  • Deliver, install, service and maintain your system, including ongoing care plans.
  • Manage payments, contracts, warranties and our own accounting and legal obligations.
  • Keep you informed about your project and, only where permitted or where you have agreed, occasional updates about our services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process your information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract with you, to comply with a legal obligation, for our legitimate business interests (such as responding to enquiries and improving our service), or on the basis of your consent — for example for energy-consumption profiling or marketing messages. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing your information

We treat your information as confidential and share it only where necessary, with:

  • Trusted suppliers and local installation partners who help us deliver your project, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Service providers who support our business, such as IT, hosting, payment and accounting providers.
  • Authorities or advisers where we are legally required to do so, or to establish or defend legal claims.

6. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and deliver services across Southeast Asia, so your information may be transferred to, stored in or accessed from countries other than the one in which you live, including the United States and the countries where our local partners operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your own. Where required, we take appropriate steps to ensure your information continues to be protected when it is transferred internationally.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Enquiry details are typically retained for a limited period unless you become a customer. Customer, warranty, tax and accounting records are kept for as long as required by applicable law and to honour warranties and care commitments, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or update it, to request its deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, to opt out of marketing, and to request a copy of certain data in a portable format. Depending on where you live — for example under U.S. state privacy laws or the GDPR — the exact rights and how they apply may vary. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, please contact us using the details in section 13; we will respond within the timeframes required by the law that applies to you.

9. Cookies & analytics

This website is designed to be light and privacy-friendly. We use only the cookies and similar technologies necessary for the site to function and, where enabled, basic analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site features. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

10. How we protect your data

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take care to limit access to your data to those who need it to serve you.

11. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
